We’re also very happy to cater for large parties and group celebrations, but Christmas dates can fill quickly, so we strongly recommend booking early to secure your preferred day and time.

Christmas Day at The White Horse Bedford

Make Christmas Day something to savour at The White Horse Bedford. Join us for a relaxed and welcoming three-course Christmas dinner, with a festive menu full of traditional favourites alongside a few delicious alternatives — from roast turkey with all the trimmings to braised featherblade of beef, pan-fried cod and a vegetarian mushroom, chestnut & thyme pithivier.

Finish with something sweet, whether it’s classic Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, chocolate brownie with cherry compote and vanilla ice cream, or a light and festive Eton mess.

Christmas Day dining is available from 2.30pm, and you’re very welcome to arrive earlier and settle in with a drink — the pub will be open from 12pm for drinks.

The Christmas Day menu is £95 per adult and £45 per child for three courses. A £10 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with a full pre-order required by 11th December 2026.
